Jeffrey Gayduk is the president of Premier Travel Media, a multi-faceted publishing firm that specializes in the niche travel industry. Premier owns well-known brands such as Leisure Group Travel, Sports Planning Guide, Destination Reunions, Student Travel Planning Guide and Destination Film. Premier’s custom publishing division partners with trade associations like IITA, state, regional and national tourism offices to help them cultivate their groups’ message through content, digital and print marketing. Jeff is the author of the recently published book, Traveling Tribes, Your Next Side Gig as a Group Travel Influencer.

Carylann Assante (she/they)
CEO of SYTA and the SYTA Youth Foundation

A seasoned tourism and association executive with more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Carylann Assante, CAE serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Student & Youth Travel Association, the international association that promotes student and youth travel worldwide.  Carylann is also the Chief Staff Officer of the SYTA Youth Foundation, the philanthropic arm that provides scholarships and educational experiences for students and youth who are unable to travel due to financial and personal hardship. Carylann also leads SYTA’s two other brands, the Center for Student Travel Safety and Student Travel Research, a major initiative to quantify the value of student travel worldwide.

Rainer Jenss (he/his)
Founder of Family Travel Association

Rainer Jenss brings a wealth of experience and expertise as the Founder of the Family Travel Association. Formerly, Rainer was a Vice President and 13-year veteran of the National Geographic Society and also worked for CNN International and Business Traveler International. Rainer is an authority on the subject of family travel and how it can be used as a learning tool. Jenss continues to report on family travel for national travel and consumer media outlets– his writing has appeared in USA Today, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and Bloomberg Business (among others).

Lisa Simon (she/her)
Executive Director of International Inbound Travel Association

Lisa Simon currently serves as the Executive Director of the International
Inbound Travel Association (IITA), the only trade association focused
solely on international inbound travel to the U.S.  IITA members are the
leading US-based companies, which specialize in creating, marketing,
and selling US travel products to international wholesalers, agents and
other travel producers for their groups and FIT travelers.

Shannon Stowell
CEO of Adventure Travel Trade Association

Shannon Stowell has led the Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA) as CEO since 2004, pursuing the vision that it could be a powerful force for good in travel. ATTA holds conferences, produces research, performs training, consults and creates marketing programs for destinations and organizations. Shannon has been advocating for responsible tourism for the past 18 years and is part of the founding board of the Adventure Travel Conservation Fund. He also co-authored a book in 2008, published by National Geographic (foreword by Sir Richard Branson): Riding the Hulahula to the Arctic Ocean — A guide to 50 Extraordinary Adventures.
